A Generation Awakened
From March 13–16, 2025, over 800 students gathered in Dallas for ICPF Awake Camp 2025—a transformative experience centered on encountering God, building community, and being equipped for mission.
According to the April–May newsletter edition ( ), this year’s camp welcomed middle school students, high schoolers, college students, and young adults. Each group experienced targeted sessions designed to meet them at their stage of life while anchoring them in biblical truth.
From the Camp Director
Camp Director Asha Andrews Koshy reflected on the camp’s heart: raising a generation that seeks the presence of God deeply and personally.
The speaker lineup included Pastor Felix Chivandire, Pastor John Lhommedieu, Pastor Steve John, and Pastor Sam Thomas. Each brought powerful, practical teaching focused on equipping students to live out their faith boldly in an ever-changing culture.
The vision was clear:
• Build leaders
• Strengthen accountability
• Foster authentic community
• Ignite Gospel-centered living
Young Adults: Real Conversations, Real Growth
The Young Adults sessions created space for meaningful engagement across a diverse age range. Topics included:
• Balancing Life in the Digital Age
• Building Community and Friendships in Adulthood
• Faith and Finances
• Gospel-Centered Singleness and Marriage
Small group discussions allowed attendees to wrestle with practical challenges and grow in spiritual maturity. Feedback revealed that participants left equipped, connected, and encouraged to navigate life’s complexities through a biblical lens.
College Group: Connection & Calling
For the college students, Awake Camp was deeply impactful. Activities such as Human Bingo, Minute to Win It, and trivia games fostered connection and broke down barriers.
The most powerful moments came during small groups, where students opened up, reflected deeply, and built meaningful friendships. A missions session stirred a renewed sense of calling, challenging students to see their lives as part of God’s greater redemptive plan.
Middle School Group: Breakthrough & Bold Faith
The middle school sessions were marked by powerful worship and deep spiritual encounters. Messages from Pastor Danny Varghese and Pastor Steve John emphasized testimony, freedom, and openness to the Holy Spirit.
Many students experienced healing, freedom from fear and anxiety, and a renewed passion for Christ. Leaders described it as a weekend of breakthrough—one that will carry lasting impact beyond the camp environment.
More Than a Camp
ICPF Awake Camp 2025 was not just an event—it was a movement.
Students encountered God.
Leaders invested intentionally.
Communities were strengthened.
And a generation was awakened to its calling.
As ICPF USA continues to host conferences and camps across the country, the mission remains unchanged: to enrich and mentor the next generation with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and empower them for worldwide mission.
